Política de cancelación de pedidos

Before shipment

Customers can request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting info@reservabarcelona.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

“CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line;

Order number;

Customer name;
Email address used to place the order.

Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders may be processed quickly. Reserva Natural Ibiza Barcelona will check the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

If cancellation is possible and payment has already been made, Reserva Natural Ibiza Barcelona will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, if possible.

After shipment

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company or courier service, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Customers can still exercise their legal right of withdrawal or use the commercial returns policy, if applicable, as described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
